Once I’ve sent you a follow-up email with the discounted price available, payment of the agreed-upon percentage is due before you can purchase the diamond at the discounted price. This ensures you get the savings locked in.
2. How can I submit payment?
Payment can be sent via PayPal Goods & Services, Zelle, Venmo, or Credit Card via Stripe. I will provide you with the necessary details and payment link once we finalize the discount.
3. Do I buy the diamond from you?
No, I don’t sell diamonds directly. I work with Rare Carat’s price-match process to source the diamond at a lower price. Once I find the savings, I’ll have Rare Carat send you a direct payment link reflecting the discounted price. From that point, Rare Carat will be your direct point of contact for the purchase.
4. Is the service fee refundable?
Unfortunately, the service fee is non-refundable once the payment link is sent. The fee covers the sourcing of the stone, even if you decide not to purchase it. However, if you change your mind and want a different stone, I can apply the fee toward finding a new diamond for you.
5. Are you affiliated with Rare Carat?
No, I am an independent contractor. My goal is to get you a better price than what is currently listed on Rare Carat. I am not affiliated with or contracted by Rare Carat, and all purchases are made directly through them.
6. How do I know the discount is real?
I leverage relationships with diamond suppliers and use Rare Carat’s price-matching process to secure lower prices. Once I find a better price, Rare Carat sends you the official link with the discounted price. You can verify the price directly through them before making your purchase.
7. What happens if the diamond I want isn’t available for a discount?
In some cases, the diamond you’ve selected may not be eligible for a discount due to ownership or availability. If this happens, I will send you a free quote with alternative diamonds that match or exceed the characteristics of your original choice, all at the same price point or better.
8. Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The only fee you pay is the percentage of the savings I secure for you. Once the payment is made, the discount is applied to the diamond purchase through Rare Carat, and you handle the rest directly with them.
9. How long does the process take?
After you send me the diamond URL, I typically secure a discount within 1-3 business days, depending on supplier response times. You’ll receive a quote as soon as I have the information.
